Huntington and Lexington Renovation

The Huntington renovations are complete and the place looks fantastic! A big thanks to our own Keith Jeffrey for building custom bookcases that will be our in house library. We are raising the bar by demanding more from our clean- ing service, and holding ourselves to a standard of excellence in our surroundings. It is an exciting time in Huntington as we are moving in, cleaning up and cleaning out. Lexington continues to make great progress in their renovations as well. The 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse floor has been laid and the next step is to begin to erecting the steel building. There has been a slight delay in the construction of the steel building due to having to move a power line. During the delay our contractors were able to come inside and begin renovation on the interior offices. We are on schedule for our six month completion! Fingers crossed, it will go as smooth as the Huntington renovation. A heartfelt thank you to our customers for their patience and flexibility over the last two month’s and for the next sever- al months during our remodel, renovation, and move while we strive to improve our “standards of excellence”.

Vendor Announcement

Just this month, CITCO enhanced our partnership with two of our very key vendors, Clow Valve and AY McDonald. We believe that with these partnerships, we will be able to provide higher quality products with even better service as we strive each day to serve our customers. Our long standing relationship with Mueller served us well, but this transition will help take our business and customer service to the next level. Both AY McDonald and Clow Valve are committed to and value the customer, just like CITCO. AY McDonald was the leader in the no-lead brass transition and are the industry experts on what it takes to make high quality products under this fairly new legislation. Clow Valve has a long history of great quality and service that we look forward to showcasing in all of our market areas. We are thankful to have such great partners whose visions align with our vision of customer service and providing the highest quality products. Our sales staff will be around with AY McDonald and Clow Valve to introduce you to their sales staff as well as answer any questions you may have about their product offerings.
